Bluejay Delivery is actively hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers to deliver 30–70 bulkier, heavier packages in box trucks out of Fremont, CA. Fewer packages means higher attention to detail and stellar customer service, while still achieving an 8+ hour day.

Hours & Compensation

• Certified drivers start at $28.00 per hour
• Shifts available around the clock — your schedule is confirmed during hiring
• Full-time hours; one weekend day required
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
• $125 Zappos credit for work shoes
• Advancement opportunities: Lead Driver, Dispatcher, Operations Manager

Qualifications

• At least 23 years old
• Licensed for 3+ years — no CDL required
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with a team
• Willing to complete a drug test and MVR check
• Comfortable operating GPS on a smartphone
