FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What do the jobs pay?
Pay is posted up front for every role: Box Truck Drivers earn $28.00/hr in Fremont and $27.75/hr in Tracy, CDV/Sprinter Van Drivers earn $27.00/hr, and Box Truck Helpers earn $22.00/hr. Shifts typically run 8–10 hours.
Do I need a CDL or prior experience?
No CDL — a regular driver's license is all you need for driver roles (held 3+ years, clean record), and helpers don't need a license at all. Van drivers start at 21+, box truck drivers at 23+, helpers at 18+. We provide classroom training and training routes, so no delivery experience is required for most roles.
What benefits do you offer?
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, paid training, flexible schedules, and a referral program. Drivers also get a $125 Zappos credit for work shoes.
What are the hours like?
We run shifts around the clock, seven days a week, and a typical shift is 8–10 hours. Start times vary by role, route, and location — we'll go over the schedules currently available and confirm yours during hiring. Full-time is typically 4–5 days a week, part-time 2–3, and most roles ask for one weekend day.
Where are you located?
Our home station is at 44051 Osgood Rd, Fremont, CA 94539, with box truck routes also running out of Tracy, CA — convenient for candidates in Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, Modesto, Livermore, and Pleasanton.
