CDV / Sprinter Van Driver

No experience required — must be 21 years of age or older. Join Bluejay Delivery as a full-time or part-time driver delivering packages in company-provided CDVs and new Sprinter vans. Typically 60–65 stops per day.

We need people who are reliable, quick, safe, and ready to work every scheduled day. Ideal candidates are energetic and ready to get the job done.

Pay & Hours

• $27.00 per hour for an 8–10 hour shift
• Shifts available around the clock and run to route completion
• Full-time: 4–5 days per week · Part-time: 2–3 days per week
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
• Classroom training and training routes provided to start

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license held for 3+ years with a clean driving record (no tickets within the last 3 years) — no CDL required
• Able to exit and enter a vehicle 50+ times a day, use stairs, and lift up to 75 lbs solo or 300 lbs with a team lift
• Willing to complete a drug test and background check
